Phood

I've been working a longer-term project in the last couple of months. The food here is amazing. There's a chef at this place, and he's not cooking spaghetti with meat sauce everyday. It's like eating at a restaurant you could pay serious bucks for. Not only lunch, but breakfast too! I may have told readers 1 & 4 about the food at one point or another, but now the truth can be shown to ALL readers: 1,2,3 AND 4!

A sampling of the bountiful bounty:

Breakfast -

Ham n' cheese croissant with fruit salad

French toast with maple syrup and ham, with fruit salad.

Lunch -

Steak with onions, polenta, heirloom tomatoes, spinach with chanterelle mushrooms, salad.
You can see a bit of the Mackie mixer in the corner of this pic, which proves I'm taking these pictures at work. I would never eat next to a Mackie mixer at home. Or bring one to a restaurant for that matter.

Paella - That's not all for me. Calvin, the chef was so stoked about my picture diary that he wanted me to take a picture of the whole pan.

Grilled cheese and tomato bisque for dipping, pork roast with mustard sauce, peaches, salad

Dessert -

Strawberries with Marscapone cheese

I'm gonna stay here as long as I can until they drag me out kicking and screaming. Now if they would just get an espresso machine...
